PRODUCTS

• The company consists of 2 manufacturing unit spreaded over 35000 sq.ft. constructed area employing 100 workers and having a monthly production of 150-200 metric tons of finished product.
• J Y International has a fully equipped factory where all the production facilities are taken care of.
• The stainless steel sheets, 25-30 inches is cut in circular shape (diameter depending on the product) using the cutting machine.
• The circles are then ready to be given shape on a double action press. The shape is given by a die/mould, which is tied on the upper part of the machine.
• The die/mould is of the same shape as the product & is made of different materials like iron, cast iron, die steel depending on the requirement of the shape, size, thickness of the product.
• Once the shape is given the sharp edges are then cut on a cutting machine & then rolled to give a smooth look & feel.
• The product is then polished using polish material available in several kinds again depending on the make of the product.
• Finally the product is then shifted to our packaging unit.
• Each individual piece is wrapped in a poly-bag and put into small cartons
• The sets are then packed in bigger cartons and sealed.
